Room 9

Welcome to Room 9!!

We got off to a great start in 2012 with our new group of year 3 and 4s. With the start of the ocean inquiry we learnt a lovely song called 'Drop in the Ocean' which the class show cased at assembly in week 4 already!!!

To get to know each other we had a Teddy Bears' Picnic and we used the new class blanket which Kirsten won at the staff raffle. It was a hot day so we were thankful that our class is situated next to some large, leafy trees.

Room 9 is lucky to have quite a lot of instruments in it and Kirsten sometimes gives us the opportunity to learn something new on the ukulele or the drums.

If you're going to be in Room 9, you're going to be doing music from time to time. That's just the way it goes.
